The Right Path: A Celebration of How Far We Have Come

As many of you know, T1ME and Co has been diligently working all year on a new addition to our community: SEAD | Soul to Table. SEAD will be a fully health conscious restaurant featuring mindfully chosen menu items created from locally sourced ingredients and catering to a wide variety of food restrictions and dietary choices.

In honor of “how far we have come” along with this ambitious project, we are hosting a sunset celebration called “The Right Path” Sunday August 27th, starting at 5 pm. We will be tasting a few items off our upcoming menu, prepared by our very talented chef team Arnulfo Ugalde and Karen Guadalupe accompanied by a refreshing welcome elixir created by our mixologists Erik Nuñez and Santi Silva all while vibing to the melodic beats of two of our favorite dj's, Farid Behe and Salvo Bonoccorsi.

Beat the heat and recharge your energy with refreshing drinks, tasty food and music that fills the soul with joy.

Dress Code is Red and entrance is $500 MX.

An Exploration of Sead:

The tagline "Soul to Table" more than a slogan, work as a mantra is a powerful expression  

that embodies the core values of SEAD. Inspired by the "Farm to table" concept, our take on  

it goes beyond the physical act of sourcing food from local farms, instead focusing on the  

deeper connection between the food we eat and our spiritual well-being. 

By replacing the "Farm" with "Soul," we are acknowledging the importance of mindfulness  

and spiritual nourishment in the culinary experience. We believe that the act of preparing  

and consuming food is a sacred one, and that it has the power to connect us with our inner  

selves and with the world around us. 


"Soul to Table" carries with it a sense of intention and consciousness, inviting  

guests to approach dining as a holistic experience that nourishes both the body and the  

soul. By integrating this concept into the SEAD brand, we are creating a dining experience  

that is not only delicious, but also mindfully curated, conscientiously sourced, and spiritually enriching. 

In essence, "Soul to Table" represents our commitment to mindful living, sustainable  

practices, and spiritual well-being. It is a call to action for guests to slow down, connect with  

their inner selves, and savor the present moment, one bite at a time.
